Warranty and Return Policy

Before returning any items, you must contact us during normal business hours (Monday thru Friday,8am-5pm CST) and obtain a Return Goods Authorization and obtain shipping directions and address. Items sent back without a RGA will be refused.

Each item purchased by our customers is inspected prior to leaving our production facility to insure the highest quality image is created. Resolution of photographs in lasered products is inherently lower than actual photographs. We are confident you will be very pleased with your order and the photographic rendering.

  1. Custom photo acrylic or cusom light bases cannot be returned for refund.
  2. Refund of any stock items must first be given a clearance by Customer Service
  3. Damaged or flawed items will be replaced after inspection.
  4. All items must be returned in their original boxes, properly packed to avoid damage.
  5. No retured items are subject to inspection for use and damage before credit is issued.
  6. Additional charges may be incurred if returned in damaged condition resulting from packaging.

Our preference is to replace products AFTER the returned item is recieved and inspected by us. In special or rush situations where new items are shipped to replace alleged defective products prior to our recieving the alleged damaged goods and prior to our determination that the product is defective, the replacement item will be shipped and invoiced as a normal product order. At such time that the returned items are determined to be defective, a credit will be issued to Customer's account.

Items received with obvious shipping damage should be noted immediately with the carrier prior to returning the item to us. Upn return, please include any evidence helpful to us in pursuing the damage claim against the carrier.

If a photographic print sent to us is valuable, one-of-a-kind or not replaceable (no negative) like maybe a 75 year old print of your grandparents, then we suggest your best choice would be to have it scanned somewhere with a high resolution scanner and send us the digital scan rather than risk damage to the photograph in the mail. We prefer a 1200 x 1600 pixel image or higher. If you decide to mail the photograph, make sure you mail it with some kind of tracking number and packaged in a proper photo-mailer envelope or between two sheets of cardboard. The customer accepts all risk for any damage that may occur to a photograph sent to us via mail. We will make every effort to return it in good condition but will not be held responsible for its safe arrival.

No warranties other than those expressly set forth above shall apply
